Spreading Easter Cheer: Longley Donates 200 Easter Eggs to PRUH Children’s Ward

Monday 15th April 2025

At Longley, giving back to our community is something we hold close to our hearts. This Easter, our team had the absolute pleasure of donating 200 Easter eggs to the Children’s Ward at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) — a gesture we hope brought joy, smiles, and a moment of sweetness to some incredibly brave young patients.

We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the remarkable staff at the PRUH, whose dedication and tireless work make a world of difference to families every day. It’s a privilege to support such an essential part of our community.

A special thank you goes to Sophie Roffe, a Healthcare Play Specialist at the PRUH, who coordinated our visit. Sophie plays a vital role in creating a warm, uplifting environment for children in hospital, and we are incredibly grateful for her efforts and enthusiasm. Her commitment to making the Children’s Ward a happier and more comforting place truly inspired us.

At Longley, we believe that small acts of kindness can make a big impact, and we are proud to be part of a community that comes together to support one another.

Wishing everyone at the PRUH a joyful and healthy spring from all of us at Longley.
