A comprehensive amenity refurbishment project was successfully delivered at a vibrant student accommodation in Cardiff, enhancing a range of communal spaces including study areas, a games room, gym, and cinema room, all while working within a live, occupied environment.
The works commenced with demolition and strip-out, with all areas carefully prepared and made good for new installations. The scheme transformed shared facilities through the introduction of re-upholstered seating, bespoke joinery, refreshed kitchen finishes, sliding screens, acoustic treatments, updated lighting, a refurbished pool table, arcade machines, and new furniture throughout.
