We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our growing team at Longley. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring health and safety compliance, and resolving onsite issues efficiently. You will also work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in site management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations. Relevant qualifications and a background in construction or project management are essential.
