We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at Longley. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing correspondence, maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, and assisting with procurement activities. You will also liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, and experience within the construction industry would be advantageous.
