23/03/26 We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract to deliver a comprehensive RAAC roof replacement project at a prominent London theatre.
The 365-seat venue is a valued cultural landmark, playing a central role in the local community by hosting a diverse programme of performances and events. This project represents a significant investment in safeguarding the future of a much-loved space that continues to bring people together through the arts.
The scheme will involve an extensive programme of works designed to enhance both the safety and longevity of the building. Key elements of the project include asbestos removal, demolition, façade and roofing works, installation of new windows and external features, and a range of internal upgrades. These internal works will comprise drylining, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations, carpentry, flooring, and fire stopping.
In addition, the project incorporates several specialist components, including lift works, CCTV surveys, and the integration of architectural features such as brise soleil.
These essential improvements will ensure the theatre remains safe, compliant with current regulations, and fit for purpose for years to come. We are proud to support the preservation of an important cultural asset and look forward to delivering a high-quality project that secures the building’s long-term future.
