We are seeking a skilled and driven Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team at Longley. In this role, you will oversee contract administration and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery in line with legal, safety, and quality standards.
You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are achieved while maintaining high standards throughout.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and organisational skills, proven experience in contract or project management, and a solid background within the construction industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
