17/12/2025 We are delighted to announce that Longley has been appointed to CHIC’s new Decoration Works Framework, a four-year programme designed to support high-quality maintenance and improvement works across homes and communities throughout the UK.

The framework encompasses a wide range of services, including cyclical and responsive repairs, void property works, decoration, finishing, and cleaning. It plays a key role in helping landlords maintain the quality, condition, and appearance of their properties in a consistent and cost-effective manner.

As an appointed supplier, Longley will provide a comprehensive suite of services, including preparation, repair, painting, decorating, and cleaning across occupied and unoccupied homes, communal areas, specialist housing, and public buildings.

Open to all CHIC members, the framework offers national coverage, ensuring reliable, high-quality services that enhance homes and neighbourhoods for residents across the country.
