Barley Lane Primary School

Longley successfully won the contract at Barley Lane Primary School via a competitive tender bid as part of an annual planned preventive maintenance program (PPM). Elements of the projects were carried out during term time so health & safety were a major factor in relation to the welfare of the pupils and staff while the schools daily operations continued uninterrupted whilst the works were being carried out.

Our works included;

• Strip out and removal of existing windows and external doors
• Install 134 new thermally insulated SAPA windows & doors
• Installation of access control systems
• Installation of bespoke tele-flex winding systems
• Safe removal and encapsulation of discovered asbestos
• Decorations and making good internal and externally
