The Link Place Personal Development Centre is a purpose-built, friendly and accessible day centre based in Hainault. The centre provides a range of services to help individuals with physical or sensory disabilities to develop life skills and gain invaluable experience & confidence, to assist them in ensuring that they can take their rightful place within the community. Link Place provides up to 50 varied activities each week to develop educational, recreational and personal development needs. 

Longley were appointed to make essential fire strategy upgrade works throughout the building. Due to the nature of the building, all works were planned and carried out of hours to enable the building to function and operate as normal.

Our works included;

• Remove and upgrade 76 internal door sets 
• Fire stop various penetrations throughout 
• Making good and decorations as necessary
• New fire signage throughout 
• New LED emergency lighting fire signage
