Redbridge Town Hall

Redbridge Town Hall is a Victorian Grade II listed building, built in 1901 and an impressive landmark in the center of Ilford. Longley were tasked to carefully carry out a full refurbishment and modernisation of the main hall and associated toilet facilities. Due to the nature of the building, all works were planned and carried out during out of hours to enable the building to function and operate as normal.

Our works included;

• Full decoration to the 17m high atrium and hall
• Specialist HVAC and upgrades to the mechanical system
• Specialist restoration to hardware and plaques
• Specialist electrical installation with energy efficient LED lighting
• Male, Female and Disabled WC refurbishments
• x3 flat roofs replaced around the atrium with new Bauder system
