18/05/26 Longley is proud to announce the successful completion of a window and door replacement project at a secondary school in London, delivering improvements designed to enhance the learning environment for both students and staff.
While the project itself marks another successful delivery for our team, we believe our role within the communities we work in extends beyond construction alone.
As part of our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful social value, members of the Longley team recently visited the school to donate a selection of books to the school library. Carefully chosen by the school librarian, the collection includes well-loved titles such as Goosebumps, A Series of Unfortunate Events, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
We hope these books will help encourage reading, creativity, and imagination among students, while supporting the school’s ongoing efforts to promote literacy and learning.
At Longley, making a positive impact within local communities is an important part of how we operate. Whether through project delivery, community engagement, or charitable initiatives, we are committed to giving back wherever possible and supporting the people and places connected to our work.
We would like to thank the school for welcoming our team and allowing us to contribute to such a worthwhile initiative.
