Longley Group were successfully awarded by competitive tender bid from the London Borough of Redbridge Council in November 2020 to carry out a planned preventive maintenance program (PPM,) working across 5 schools in the area:
Mosford Primary School
Manford Primary School
Woodlands Primary School
Valentines Secondary School
Christchurch Primary School.
These works included a combination of mechanical and electrical upgrades, asbestos removal, building works, incoming gas main replacement intakes with a contract value of £1.4 million.

Window replacement contract – London Borough of Redbridge Council
Longley Group were successfully awarded by competitive tender bid from the London Borough of Redbridge Council are three window packages with the contract value of £500,000. These are bespoke curtain walling window replacements and external door upgrades. Time constraints apply on these projects with our operatives working out-of-hours and through the night, around the parameters of the schools to cause minimum disruption. The team are working at height with access and safety equipment and all health and safety protocol is followed as well COVID-19 regulations. The PPM programme is due to complete by end of February and all window packages will be complete by end of March.
