Ilford County High School

A high achieving, 900 pupil, grammar school for boys with six forms of entry. Longley successfully won this contract via a competitive tender bid as part of an annual planned preventive maintenance program (PPM), this being the most extensive packages within the contract that consisted of 8 schools. Elements of the projects were carried out during term time so health & safety were a major factor in relation to the welfare of the pupils and staff while the schools daily operations continued uninterrupted whilst the works were being carried out.

Our works included;

• Replace boiler room plant, BMS control system and flues.
• Full mechanical system replacement with LST radiators
• Making good and decorations throughout
• Fire stopping to associated works
